During our family stay at Del Sol Beachfront, we were impressed by the ample space of our 2-bedroom suite - a pleasant surprise that made us feel at home. The traditional ambiance added a charming touch to our coastal getaway. The breathtaking views and the soothing sound of the ocean created a tranquil atmosphere that we relished. I particularly enjoyed lazing in the hammock, listening to the waves crashing nearby.The hotel's ideal location, adjacent to Buena Vida restaurant and a short walk from Midway Food Store and Yal Kuul lagoon, made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable. The staff's diligence in maintaining the beach amid occasional seaweed wash-ups did not go unnoticed, enhancing our overall beach experience.Onsite, the property was impeccably maintained, exuding a groovy retro vibe that we appreciated. The family-friendly environment and shallow, safe bay allowed for worry-free swimming and snorkeling experiences. The staff's laid-back yet attentive demeanor contributed to a relaxed atmosphere throughout our stay.I recommend taking advantage of the numerous nearby attractions, like the Sian Ka'an Biosphere, Valladolid, or Chichen Itza through Namaste Tours, to enrich your family vacation. Don't miss exploring the diverse cenotes for exceptional snorkeling adventures. Akumal's abundant bird species make it a paradise for birdwatching enthusiasts.
